How to do I unapprove days that have already been approved?
In the event that you approved hours, but did not lock a time period and need to unapprove overtime or breaks, an administrator or approver would need to untick the approved hours that are incorrect, and then click Approve Hours.
This would allow the administrator or approver to re-approve hours as needed. We recommend that Administrators or Approvers are sure that their approvals are correct before following the process of locking a time period within TimeKeeper as shown in the section below as in some cases even after unapproving, and re-approving, the amounts that will appear in payroll might not necessarily be correct.
In the event that incorrect overtime and hours appear after you unlock a time period, unapprove, re-approve and lock a time period, please contact a DataByte Support Agent.
