How do I undo a finalised pay run?

WorkForce Payroll allows Payroll Administrators to undo finalised Payroll runs, one at a time. Undoing the last pay run does not reset it, it just marks it as unfinalized. This means that the validations will still prevent the user from adding employees or change salaries until the run is finalised.

To undo a pay run, simply log in to DataByte WorkForce, launch the Payroll module, and click ‘Undo Run’ in the left-hand side menu, followed by the ‘Undo’ button. Should you require to undo more than one run, this is also possible. After that point, visit the Process Payroll section to make adjustments as needed.
