How do I approve leave requests?

Leave approvals or rejections can be made by accessing the ‘Approval List’ within the left hand side menu of WorkForce Leave. Once on the page, click the checkboxes next to each name (or the smaller grey checkboxes to select all leave requests relating to that specific employee), and click the approve or reject buttons accordingly.

Note: In the event that Leave requests in the past are not approved, any new Leave requests will not have the option to be approved as the past leave requests will need to be approved first. The reason for this feature is to ensure that Leave Approvals are not delayed.

Leave approvals or rejections can also be made by accessing the ‘Leave Calendar’ within the left hand side menu of WorkForce Leave. Once on the page, select the Leave Entry and click the approve or reject buttons accordingly.
