How to contact DataByte for Support:

Click the ‘Get Support’ widget on the bottom, right-hand side of your screen and a form will appear. Proceed to fill in the details of your support request, and click the ‘Send’ to submit.

In order to allow our support agents to resolve your query as quickly as possible, please include a relevant subject line, any possible details and context relating to your query, and screenshots that may be helpful to diagnose your query.

As per our Terms of Service, we provide a Support Desk to our clients during office hours. Support is charged on a fee per hour basis and is not included with licence fees. Should you need more information about our support charges, please do not hesitate to contact us.
